where body, mind and emotion find balance
Jension, Michigan

I help reconnect your body through thoughtful, hands-on movement therapy.
My work focuses on pelvic floor health, fascia, and nervous system regulation to support lasting change from within.
Each body is unique, and your care should reflect that.
I believe movement is personal. Just as every brain is wired uniquely, every body carries its own patterns, history and strengths. Rather than forcing change, I work with your system- listening first, guiding second.
Sessions are calm, collaborative, and educational. I combine gentle hands-on work, fascia based techniques, breath integration, and guided movement to help your nervous system feel safe enough to adapt. The goal is not just relief, but understanding-so you leave feeling more connected to your body.
I'm honored to support you in restoring confidence, strength, and ease in you movement.
I have been working with movement, both emotional and physical, on myself intensely for the last 15 years. Loss of my son after an eleven month cancer battle, triggered an emotional trauma, and I have learned many skills over the years to bring healing to my body, brain, and soul. My faith, as a Christian, in Jesus, has been, and continues to be, stretched to uncomfortable places. I'm still on the journey, which keeps me seeking new tools to navigate. I offer a non-judgemental, safe space to others so they can move out of a stuck place, and continue to move forward through awareness and education. I am certified in pelvic floor yoga and as a fascia fitness trainer.
